What to include in your enquiry

The more of this we have up front, the faster we can come back with a firm approach, timeline and fee.

  • Valuation for a bank or loan

    Share the property type, location and the lending institution, along with copies of the ownership documents. We will confirm the site visit date and the reporting timeline.

  • Land or construction survey

    Tell us the parcel or site location, the plot area, and whether you need boundary demarcation, a topographic map or building setting-out.

  • Design, BOQ or DPR

    Send whatever exists already — a sketch, a plot map, a municipal requirement or an earlier report — and the intended use of the finished document.

  • Surveying training

    Let us know whether you are enquiring as an individual or a group, and your current level of field experience. We will send the next batch dates and fee details.
